How is Replenix different from my current ordering system?

Most systems use simple rules: reorder when stock drops below a fixed level, order the same amount every time. Replenix forecasts demand per SKU using ML, then passes those forecasts through a constraint engine that respects your supplier's MOQs, delivery windows, pack sizes, shelf capacity, and budget. The result: orders that are feasible, cost-optimal, and explained.

What data do I need to get started?

At minimum: your sales history (ideally 6+ months) as a CSV export from your POS system. The platform auto-detects column formats, date formats, and encoding. You don't need to clean or prepare the file.

Which POS systems do you integrate with?

One-click OAuth for Lightspeed, Shopify, and Square (via Codat). For any other system, upload a CSV or set up automated daily email exports to a dedicated ingest address. Direct Fred NXT and Minfos integrations coming 2026.

Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Google Cloud Platform, Australian region. Row-level security isolates every store's data. You retain full ownership of everything you upload.
